The batch vacuum concentration tank is composed of the main body of the thickening tank, condenser, cooler, gas-liquid separator, vacuum pump, liquid receiving tank, valve pipeline, electrical control system, etc. The equipment is all made of stainless steel 304/316L, finely polished inside and outside, no dead corners, good corrosion resistance, a beautiful appearance, and unique structure.
Vacuum Concentration Pot Description
A vacuum concentration pot is a type of food processing equipment used for the evaporation of liquids from food products, such as juices, sauces, and soups. The pot is designed to create a vacuum environment inside the chamber, which reduces the boiling point of the liquid being processed, allowing it to evaporate more easily and quickly.
The vacuum concentration pot consists of a cylindrical or spherical chamber made of stainless steel or other suitable materials. The chamber is mounted on a support structure and has a lid that can be sealed tightly to create a vacuum. The lid may be equipped with ports for monitoring the process, adding ingredients, or removing the product.
Inside the chamber, there is a heating element that heats the liquid being processed. The liquid is constantly stirred by an agitator to ensure even heating and prevent scorching. As the liquid boils, the vacuum environment reduces the boiling point, causing the liquid to evaporate more rapidly than in normal atmospheric conditions. The evaporated liquid is then condensed and collected for reuse or disposal.

Vacuum Concentration Pot Working PrincipleÂ
The material liquid enters the vacuum concentration tank by the feed pump or through the vacuum self-priming method, and the temperature rises through heating by the heating medium (steam or heat transfer oil) in the jacket. Under the condition of vacuum negative pressure, the boiling point of the material liquid decreases, when it reaches a certain temperature, it starts to boil and evaporate. The generated water vapor is separated by the vapor-liquid separator and then enters the condenser. It is condensed into liquid under the action of the external circulating cooling water and sent to the collection tank. Part of the uncondensed water vapor will be discharged through the vacuum pump. As the water vapor is continuously evaporated, the concentration of the material liquid is getting higher and higher. When the concentration required by the process is reached, the material liquid can be discharged to obtain the final concentrated liquid.
