The grape destemmer crusher separates grape stems, removes stems and branches, crushes grapes into mashes, and conveys grape pulp, it is an ideal grape pre-processing equipment for grape juice and red wine processing. The machine is mainly composed of a feeding hopper, a de-stemmed semi-sieve tube, a de-stemmed shaft, a pulp receiving vat, a crushing device, a frame, a speed regulating motor, a transfer screw pump, a transmission part, etc.

1. The crushing device is located at the lower end of the feed box and consists of two crushing rollers. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted between 5-15mm, which is determined according to the grape variety.
2. Destemming device: It is composed of destemming shaft and destemming semi-sieve. The stem-removing shaft is equipped with spirally distributed stem-removing blades. The stem-removing semi-sieve is punched and formed by a stainless steel plate, and its main function is to separate the fruit and stems and discharge the stems and branches out of the machine.

When working, the motor drives the destemming shaft and the crushing device to rotate, the grapes enter the destemming semi-sieve cylinder from the feeding hopper. During the rotation of the destemming shaft, the blades on the destemming shaft will break and separate the fruit and the stems. The destemming blades are installed spirally on the main shaft, under the high-speed rotation force, the grape stems are discharged from the end of the half screen. The de-stemmed grapes mash fall into the receiving vat from the round holes on the other half sieve and are transported to the next process. Users can configure a screw pump according to their actual situation, and the screw pump will transport the de-stemmed grape slurry to the next station for further processing.

The crushing device and the machine body are connected in a quick-opening manner, which can be opened and cleaned without any tools.
4. The slurry pump is a single screw pump, installed at the bottom of the crushing device.
