Vacuum Membrane Press Application

The vacuum press is designed and manufactured with German technology, and has the characteristics of high pressure, fast and clean juice separation, and stable performance. It can be used to squeeze the juice of grapes, ice grapes, pomegranates, passion fruit, guava, kiwis, cheery fruit and berry fruit(blueberries, mulberries, blackberries and strawberries etc). with a higher working pressure of 2bar, and the airbags are imported from Germany.

Vacuum Membrane Press Working Principle 

During the working process, the grape or berry fruit pomaces are moved to the opposite end along the external cavities between the screws and the frame. This helps avoid noise and pulsation. The main components are the “rotor”, a metal conical helicoid screw that rotates inside the “stator”, a fixed part, creating a hermetic contact line between the two elements that allows the displacement of the grape pomace. As the elementary volume decreases, it is subjected to pressure that increases in proportion to the volume decrease to obtain the juice.

Vacuum Membrane Press Feature 

  1. Horizontal juice extractor tank in stainless steel with volume from 50-500L.
  2. Use inert gases (such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide and argon) to provide hygienic protection for the products, thereby increasing the attainable sensory standards.
  3. The pressing chamber membrane is made of food-grade PVC, continuous pressing and automatic slag discharge function can be realized.
  4. The independent electric control board is stainless steel, equipped with a PLC system for the control of the working cycles and the auto-diagnosis.
  5. With automatic cleaning: the machine is provided with a series of sprayer nozzles at low pressure and a feeding water plug to be connected to the waterworks of the plant.
  6. The equipment is processed by fine external sandblasting and other processes, equipped with safety valves.
  7. All the parts that contact with products are made of food-grade SUS304 material.
  8. The juice pressing capacity is from 5TPH-20TPH available for clients to choose.
