The sanitary fermentation tank is a fully enclosed vertical three-layer structure with heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring functions. It is widely used in dairy, food, biological engineering, beverage, fruit wine and daily chemical industries. The tank body is equipped with jacket layer and insulation layer (heating, cooling and heat preservation). The tank body and upper and lower heads are all processed with R angles. The inner wall of the tank is mirror-polished, and the finish is Ra≤0.4μm, and there is no sanitary dead corner. Fully enclosed design, the materials are always mixed and fermented in a pollution-free state. The fermentation tank is equipped with air-breathing apparatus, CIP cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, sight glass, liquid level gauge, temperature sensor, material import and export, PH meter, heating and cooling medium import and export. The part of the fermenter in contact with the material is made of SUS304 or SUS316L. The insulation is made of polyurethane foam, and the outer surface is frosted and matted.
Yogurt fermentation: Yogurt is a kind of dairy product made after fresh milk is fermented. The yogurt fermentation tank mainly uses Bulgarian bacteria or Streptococcus thermophilus as a starter to heat the material to maintain the fermentation temperature and continue to stir and ferment.
Fruit wine fermentation: Fruit vinegar or fruit wine is also an important member of the beverage family. Generally, fruit wine or fruit vinegar beverage can be made through the process of blending, clarification, alcohol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation of fresh fruit or concentrated fruit jam. In the fermentation tank of fruit wine and fruit vinegar, yeast can be added to carry out acetic fermentation, and acetic acid bacteria can carry out acetic fermentation.
