  • The separation is carried out at room temperature, which is suitable for the concentration and purification of some heat-sensitive substances (juices, medicines, biological agents).
  • The temperature of the circulation tank in the ultrafiltration is controlled at about 50-53°C, because the suitable temperature of the ultrafiltration membrane is 1-55°C. Another reason is that enzymatic hydrolysis is required for clarification, and the appropriate temperature for enzymatic hydrolysis is 50-53°C.

  • The system adopts imported PLC centralized automatic control. The start, run, and stop of the ultrafiltration pump are slowly controlled through the inverter on the touch screen, and the inlet and outlet pressures of the membrane elements, the inlet and outlet flow rates and the material liquid temperature are displayed at the same time. When the inlet and outlet pressures and inlet and outlet flow rates of the membrane module and the material liquid temperature exceed the set normal range, the system will prompt an alarm and the equipment will stop working. And various alarms will be displayed on the alarm interface of the touch screen so that the operator can take corresponding measures to ensure the stable and safe operation of the system.
  • The operator can also directly operate the pump and valve through the touch screen, so as to realize the man-machine interface control and operation of the entire operation process. The operation interface of the touch screen includes reset interface (also called initial interface), manual interface, automatic interface, program selection interface, setting parameter interface and alarm interface. Operators can perform corresponding operations on different interfaces. The liquid level in the working container of each system is displayed on the touch screen at the same time, which is convenient for the operator to observe.
  • The ultrafiltration system meets the requirements of the concentrated juice production line, and all pipe fittings are made of sanitary polished 304SUS material (material report provided). Ensure no secondary pollution, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
