The metal can filler is suitable for filling all kinds of liquid food and beverage, like fruit and vegetable juice, tea drinks, functional drink, fruit paste/sauce, beverage, porridge, plant protein drinks, carbonated drinks, beer and so on.
Tin Can/Aluminum Can Filler Type
Material viscosity: Gravity type metal can filling machine uses normal filling valve, suitable for low viscosity products like fruit juice, coconut milk; Piston type metal can filling machine use piston type filling valve and it is suitable for high viscosity products like tomato paste/sauce, porridge.
Filling Pressure: Atmospheric tin can filler is suitable for filling non-gas contain drinks like all kinds of fruit juice or paste; Filling temperature is hot filling (85-89℃); The can material is three-piece tin can. Isobaric filling machine is suitable for filling gas contained (carbonated) drinks like Coca Cola, Pespi drinks, beer; Filling temperature is cold filling( 3-5℃); The can material is two-piece aluminum cans.
Structure: Liner type separate filler and seamer, suitable for low investment and low-speed capacity lines. Rotary type filler and sealer is suitable for medium and large high-speed production lines.
Tin Can/Aluminum Can Filler Structure
The tin can/Aluminum can filler system is composed of the following system:
- Filling system: The filling system includes filling valves, liquid filling distribution tank, a liquid level control device, an air cylinder for lifting the filling valve, and a height adjustment device for the filling distribution tank.
- Transmission system: The power of filler comes from the seaming machine. After the speed ratio is changed by the first-stage sprocket transmission, it is transmitted to the reducer, the gear on the output shaft of the reducer, and drives the filling cylinder and related parts.
- Tin can conveying system: The tin can conveying system includes empty can feeding screw, tin can stop device, tin can feeding star wheel and various baffle parts.
- Pipeline control system: including liquid distributor, gas distributor, gas control cabinet, liquid inlet and CIP pipelines, etc.
- Control system: The system is an independent control cabinet, it controls tin can feeding, filling, sealing and discharging process.
- Frame and safety door (cover): The frame is used to support and install the transmission system and other components. There is a protective cover around the machine.

- Using high precision, high-speed filling valve to ensure the great performance of the filling machine. The filling precision is less than 2ml.
- All the filling and sealing processes are frequency conversion speed regulation, can feeding, filling, sealing are synchronized, no filling and sealing action without cans. There will be an alarm if the cans and covers are in a short state.
- Through various sensors on the filler, the accurate production speed and production quantity can be displayed on the touch screen.
- The whole machine has various protections for the main motor and other electrical appliances, such as overload and overvoltage. At the same time, various faults will be automatically displayed on the touch screen, which is convenient for users to find the cause of the fault.
- All the control parts adopt to the international famous brand, like Mitsubishi PLC, PROFACE HMI, DANFOSS Inverter, AIRTAC pneumatic part, SICK or Banner photoelectronic parts.
- The whole machine has the function of CIP, which is easy to clean and no dead angle.
- Fruit pulp or fruit flesh can be filled according to clients’ requirements.
