Spiral Juice Extractor Introduction&Application
The spiral juice extractor is also called screw juice extractor, which is developed by absorbing international advanced technology. It can be designed into one screw or double screw extractor to improve the juice yield rate. This machine has a wide range of uses and is suitable for extracting seedless fruit and vegetable juices such as pear, apple, lemon, orange, tomato, papaya, radish, ginger, watermelon, grape, strawberry, and other fruit and vegetables. Double screw type juice extractors are specially for extracting coconut milk from coconut meat.
Spiral Juice Extractor Working Principle
The crushed fruit enters into the screw type juice extractors through the feeding hopper. As the bottom diameter of the spiral gradually increases along with the outlet of the slag and the pitch gradually decreases, when the material is propelled into the chamber by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity decreases forms a squeezing force on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral main shaft is counterclockwise from the direction of the hopper to the slag tank. The raw materials are added to the feed hopper and are pressed under the spiral propulsion. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom of the juice container through the filter, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the pressure-regulated cone. The pressure regulator moves in the axial direction and is directly controlled by the hydraulic system. Adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system can change the juice yield rate, to achieve the purpose of automatic separation of juice and residue.

Double screw juice extractorÂ
The double-screw juice extractor also known as a twin-screw juice extractor or twin-screw juicer, is a type of juicing machine that uses two interlocking screws to extract juice from fruits and vegetables. It is designed to efficiently juice extract a wide range of products, including soft and hard fruits, leafy greens, and even fibrous vegetables. As when working, the two parallel screws or augers rotate in opposite directions to crush and squeeze the fruits, it is an ideal piece of equipment for pressing the fruit with a firm texture or fruit rich in fiber.
The whole machine is composed of two parallel screws, fruit feeding hopper, crushing parts, juice and pulp separation screen sieves, and juice collecting tanks. The whole machine is made of SUS304 material and has the feature of a higher juice yield rate than normal juice extractors.
