The gable top carton filling machine is made of SUS304/316L material, it is integrated with carton bottom and top forming, filling chamber sterilizing, product filling, top sealing, capping and date coding in one machine, and the whole process is controlled by PLC can realize full automatic.

The machine is suitable for filling dairy products like cow milk, plant-based milk(soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, cereal milk), cream, yogurt, flavored milk, etc. The milk products after pasteurized/UHT sterilized will be filled into the gable top cartons, the filling temperature will be cold filling(5-7℃), and the shelf life is about 7-21 days in cold temperature.

It can be also used for filling tea drinks, NFC juice, compound juice, milk beverage, fruit wine and fruit vinegar products. Depending on the sterilizing flowchart, filling temperature and ingredients added in the products, it has a shelf life from 7 days to 12 months.

Firstly the cardboard is put into the mandrel, then pre-folded the bottom of the gable top carton, and heated by hot air, after that sealed the bottom of the carton to get the shape of the bottom.

Then feed the bottom-shaped cartons for the top performing, and then sterilized by steam or H2O2 in the filling chamber, after that, the products will be filled into the cartons, and then sealed or capped on the top of the cartons. At last, the cartons will be date coded and discharged to the conveyors for the next process.
