4. Using RO pure water to spray the inside of the bottles to make sure the bottle is clean before filling. The washing bottle clamp is SUS304 material. (For glass bottle clamp, it is Food grade polyurethane).
5. The filling valve is made of SUS304/316L, with high filling precision≤±2mm, filling volume is controlled by a mechanical cam. High valued liquids can be controlled by flowmeter or electronic scale. The filling style is gravity filling and filling temperature is room temperature.
6. Adopt to magnetic constant torque capping technology，stable and reliable，the reject≤0.3%. High efficiency centrifugal sorting cap method, not easy to wearout for the cap. The capping machine has lack of cap detecting mechanism to control the cap elevator run or stop.
7. PLC control all processes from empty bottle feeding, bottle rising, bottled water filling, bottle capping to full bottle discharging.
8. The key parts are all using famous brands like Mitsubishi PLC, SICK or Banner photoelectric switch, Schneider contactor, Danfoss frequency inverter.

The whole bottled water filling machine includes empty bottle feeding system, empty bottle rising system, starwheel bottle conveying system, filling system, water filling distribution tank, capping system, cap sterilizing, sorting and elevator system, gear transmission system, oil lubrication system, machine frame, independent electronic control cabinet.

Air fan transport the empty bottle to washing parts, then the bottle clip clamp bottle neck and inverse bottle from bottom to up, the high-pressure water pipe in bottle clip began to rinse water to bottle inside. After 15S finished flushing, the bottle will be turned over again and transferred to filling parts by starwheel. When filling parts detects bottle comes, the bottle clip will clamp bottle neck to the below of filling valve, then filling valve open, pure water or mineral water will be filled into bottles. When the filling level reach to set value, it will stop filling, and the full bottle will convey to capping parts by starwheel. At the same time, capping sorting and elevator are running and send the caps to the bottles, then the capping head use torque force to screw tighten bottle caps. At last, the full capping bottle will be transferred to belt conveyor for next station processing.
