Mango Peeler And Destoner
Mango Peeler& destoner Machine is designed and manufactured in conjunction with Taiwan technology. It does not require grading and has two functions: peeling and destining/pitting. The pulp recovery rate is as high as 99.5%, which is currently the ideal mango processing equipment.
The whole machine is made of SUS304 material, fresh mango after washing and sorting, can be feed into the destoner and peeler combiner. Through roller knife processing, the mango peel, flesh and core/stone are separated. Then the mango flesh can be delivered to the pulping machine to get mango puree.

Mango Destoner and Pulper
This mango destoner and pulper machine have three functions: separate mango peel, mango stone and mango pulp.
The motor is driven by the triangle belt to make the rotor parts rotate at high speed. The mango or tomato is conveyed to the beating rod spirally from the feeding port machine, and the material is mashed under the action of the beating rod. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and pulp in the material (in the form of slurry) enter the next process through the sieve of the screen, and the fruit stone is discharged from the slag outlet by the slag slurry blade, so as to realize the automatic separation of mango pulp and slag. The pulping sieve is Φ0.5-1.6 available to choose from.
The whole machine is made of SUS304 food grade material, capacity is 1TPH-10TPH available.
