Under the vigorous stirring of high-pressure air, the fruits are continuously rolled in the water, so that the dirt comes off the fruits.
Spraying type: Spraying is generally carried out after soaking. The typical spraying method is to install a high-pressure water nozzle on the elevator. When the material on the elevator passes through, the nozzle sprays on the material. The efficiency of spray cleaning is related to the water pressure, the distance between the nozzle and the material, and the water consumption. Generally, the effect of small water volume and high pressure is better.
Friction stirring type: Friction stirring is to use the paddle agitator to contact and rub with the material during the soaking and spraying process, and at the same time, the materials are in contact with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
Brushing type: Use a brush to clean the sediment and dirt on the surface of fruits, which is suitable for cleaning various fruits and root materials.
