Belt chain conveyor is an important part in liquid food and beverage plants as the transmission and conveying of PET bottles, glass bottles, tin and aluminum cans, Tetra Pak cartons, glass jars, stand-up pouches and other packages, it is widely used for RTD juice processing plants, bottled water plants, beer plant, milk and dairy plant.Ā The configuration and stability of the conveyor determine the packaging system production efficiency of the entire food and beverage production line.
The belt conveyor function is mainly used for packaging containers conveying, buffering, merging, and dividing lanes to realize the autonomous operation of the entire production line system and the synchronous running of each machine and equipment. From the export of the filling equipment to the export of the packaged products, the whole line includes the functions of equipment start-stop, speeding up, deceleration and so on. The conveyor belt and all the packaging equipment of the whole line exchange signals to realize the automatic control and management of the whole line, this part is independently matched with the filling machine and used in linkage.
Belt Chain Conveyor Technical Parameter and Configuration
Ā Side plate: Height 200mm, thickness 2.5mm, bending edge 30mm, all 304 stainless steel structure, with the protective plate. Cross braces, loop shafts, and leg brackets are all made of SUS-304 stainless steel.
Supporting legs: The square tube legs are 50*40, the bottom corner diameter is Ī¦80, the M16*150 adjustment screw, the adjustment range is plus or minus 50mm, and the leg tube material is 304 stainless steel.
Water collecting plate: SUS304 structure, the thickness is 1.5mm-2.0mm, 40*40 square tube for reinforcement for more than 20 rows, the water receiving plate and the bottle conveyor rack are larger than 100mm for easy cleaning, the hook of the water receiving plate adopts an adjustable Z shape, drain hole with filter.
Guide plate, guardrail: The wear-resistant plastic guide rail is selected, which can be adjusted. The guardrail adopts the KRONES structure W=120 guardrail, and the distance between the support rods is 500mm. Adjustable height up and down, with label protection design.
Chain plate: The chain plate adopts imported chain plate REGINA, P=25.4mm (12.7mm), thickness 8.7mm, common width range is 83.8mm~1020mm, wear-resistant and durable. The main and passive wheels are open and close, and solid structure, and the unique HDPE (high-density polyethylene) friction strip is used between the chain plate and the track to further reduce friction and reduce equipment loss.
Motor: The motors all use SEW brand SA series IE3 motors and motors with the energy efficiency of the national standard level 2, and the frequency converters are equipped with Danfoss brand.
Main Bridge: The main bridge is made of 304 stainless steel, the main specifications are 400*200mm, 300*150mm, 200*100mm, with a cover plate, the thickness is 1.5~2mm, the main bridge has a partition in the middle, which is used to separate the power line and the signal line.
Belt Chain Conveyor Electronic Control SystemĀ
- The whole line of frequency conversion control, frequency converter DANFOSS brand. The touch screen is Siemens KTP900.
- Proximity switch SICK, photocell LEUZE, PLC is Siemens S1500 series. Other electrical components are Siemens or Schneider.
- The whole line control system requires independent control and can communicate with front-end equipment, programmable logic controller, user-friendly interface operation terminal, automatic alarm information and production information are displayed through the man-machine interface, alarm location and information can be queried and run. Data can be downloaded. Input and output provide reserved effective use points exceeding 20%.
- Energy saving requires the motor to slow down or stop working when there is no product. The stop button should at least use a stop button for each section of power (the conveyor belt requires an emergency stop button within a distance of 10 meters).
- Use proximity switches and photoelectric switches for feedback signals. According to the detection signal of the switch, the PLC outputs the full bottle and automatically starts and stops the conveying motor, which reduces the squeeze and blockage of the bottle and increases the service life of the conveyor belt.
- Ā The control center adopts a modular electrical design, effectively reduces line connections, quickly solves faults, and has a remote self-diagnosis function.
Belt Chain Conveyor Technical RequirementsĀ
- The whole packaging operating efficiency is greater than 99%.
- The belt chain runs smoothly without obvious beating or shaking.
- The buffer conveyor pressure is properly controlled, there is no bottle burst, label friction damage, and the yield rate is 100%.
- The guardrail has the function of protecting the label, and there are no obvious scratches to the naked eye.
- The chain is dry lubricated. The water collecting plate and the drainage system shall ensure that there is no water leakage and dripping on the site, and the drainage system is easy to disassemble and clean.
- The electrical cabinet requires internal wiring specifications, and the line label is clearly marked; the name and label of each electrical component use plastic labels.
- The marking is clear; each original in the electric cabinet is required to indicate the name of the original driver.
- The transition between all chains adopts the parallel dislocation connection method, and the chain gap is not more than 2mm.
