The plate and frame filter is one kind of diatomaceous earth filter, which can be used for the solid-liquid separation of various suspensions and has a wide range of applications. It is especially suitable for fine filtration and sterilization filtration of liquid products in liquor, fruit wine and fruit vinegar, fruit and vegetable juice, rice wine, beverages, soy sauce, syrup and other food and beverage products industry.

• The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The two ends are The stainless steel beams on both sides connect thrust plates and compression plates. The stainless steel beams are used to support the filter plate, filter frame and compression plate. The gasket is food-grade silicone, which meets hygiene requirements.
• The filter plate is not easy to deform or break when used, and is resistant to high temperatures. When it meets special working conditions (such as excessive pressure, etc.), it has strong resistance, good stability and longer service life. The filter frame of the filter plate is precisely planed by a milling machine, and the tightness is good after compaction, which reduces the dripping phenomenon between the filter plates, the water content of the filter cake is lower, and the filtering effect is better.
• The suspension material is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter. The filtrate penetrates the filter layer and the filter cloth under the pressure, and is discharged through the filter cloth outlet, while the filter residue is left in the filter frame to achieve solid-liquid separation.
• The filter frame and the filter plate are sealed by cardboard or filter material. It is a stainless steel plate frame precision filter (also known as stainless steel cardboard filter) with a relatively large filtering capacity and a filtering area of more than 2m2. It is easy and convenient to install and place the filter material. Use precision sterilization cardboard to filter various health wines and grape wines, which can achieve sterilization effect.
• The filter plate machine adopts a thread structure, and according to the requirements of different filter media and production processes (preliminary filtration, semi-precision filtration, fine filtration), different filter materials can be replaced, and the microporous filter membrane can be used directly to achieve the purpose of sterility.
• The number of layers can be reduced or increased according to the size of the filtration volume, so that the flow rate is suitable for the filtration requirements. When the machine is working, it is pressurized and sealed to filter. No loss, good liquid clarity, and can meet production needs, all sealing parts of this machine use silicone rubber sealing ring, high-temperature resistance. No leakage, good sealing performance and can improve filtration accuracy.
• The filter accuracy of this machine ranges from 200 mesh and 500 mesh filter cloth for coarse filtration to 0.45μm, 0.22μm filter paper and membrane for fine filtration, which can be selected according to the user’s filtration requirements and material characteristics.
• Material compression methods include hydraulic compression, manual screw compression, and jack compression. The plate frame has 600*600mm and 400*400mm size available. Working temperature ≤120℃, working pressure ≤0.4mpa.
