Screw Blancher Overview

It is stainless steel structure, spiral feeding, with a safety insulation layer. Continuous pre-cooking in a water bath, and the material is scraped out by a special turning hopper scraper. Pre-cooking temperature: ≤100℃. The equipment uses electric energy or steam as an energy source. Screw Blancher Application Scope
The machine is mainly used for enzyme deactivation, softening and color protection of dates, hawthorn, mango, coconut meat, beetroots, carrots and other fruits and vegetables.
The function of the pre-cooking machine is to steam and soften the washed fruits and adjust the speed to change the pre-cooking time to adapt to the softening of different fruits and vegetables.
- Destroy enzyme activity, prevent browning and fresh pectin,
- Soften the pulp tissue to increase the pulp yield rate and promote sugar liquid penetration.

Equipment Feature
- The equipment is composed of a bleaching section and a cooling section. The heating source of this machine is steam heating, the temperature can be adjusted, with automatic control of steam inlet device and surface insulation. Minimize energy waste.

- During work, the material is added to the feed port and enters the screw pre-blancher. Under the action of the screw propeller, the material is discharged from the discharge port after reaching the temperature and time required by the process.
