1. Carbonated drinks filling machine is also called CSD(carbonated soft drinks) filling machine, it is suitable for filling CO2 contains drinks, beer, soda water, carbonated juice, sparkling water into PET or glass bottles.
2. The filling machine adopts isobaric cold filling(3-5℃) method to ensure that carbon dioxide can be dissolved into the water to the greatest extent.
3. The whole machine consists of bottle washing, bottle filling and bottle capping parts, cap elevator, cap sterilizer and cap sorter, electronic control cabinet, transmission mechanism, bottle starwheel, machine frame, bottle feeding and discharging conveyor.
4. The whole machine is made of SUS304 material, can be equipped with CIP function, which can make sure the whole production process is hygienic and meet the food production hygiene conditions.
5. The empty bottle feeding, washing, filling and capping, the full bottle discharge process is fully automatic and controlled by PLC.
6. The key parts like PLC, photoelectric sensor, touchscreen are all adopted to world first-class brand like Mitsubishi, Banner, Siemens.
7. 28MM or 38MM bottle neck diameter is available for capping machine, PE screw caps, aluminum caps or crown caps is available for meeting different clients’ requirements.

Washing machine

The empty bottle is feeding into washing parts by conveyor and starwheel, then the bottle clamp stuck the bottleneck and spray clean water into bottles. After the bottle finished washing, the empty bottles will transfer to filling parts by rotating the plate starwheel. Wash bottle water can be recycled. The bottle clamp has two types, one is food-grade rubber for glass bottles; the other is SUS304 material for PET bottles. The washing bottle machine driving system is transmitted by the gear.

Filling machine

The filling method is isobaric filling. The filling valve first fills carbon dioxide or compressed air to the bottles. When the air pressure of the bottle and the material liquid distribution tank are equal, the filling valve opens and starts filling the material by gravity. So that the CO2 can dissolve into water. Filling accuracy is controlled by cam, filling level accuracy ≤±2mm. The liquid distribution tank is SUS304 with a liquid level sensor. The filling valve is SUS316L.

Capping machine

The magnetic constant torque capping head, stable and reliable, the reject≤0.3％.

Bottle guide rail installs a device that can prevent the reverse cap pass and a take-out reverse cap part and also installs photoelectric switch, when there is no cap on the bottle guide rail, the machine would stop automatically. It can avoid the arrival of no cap bottles.

Install bottle detection switch, it can be ensured when there is no bottle, no capping, reduce the loss of the cap. High-efficiency centrifugal sorting cap method，not easy to wear out for the cap. The capping machine has lack of cap detecting mechanism to control cap elevator run or stop.
