Heat Pump Dryer Application&Description
Air energy heat pump dryer is widely used in drying materials in fruit and vegetable field below 90℃, such as:
–Fruits or fruit slice: apples, bananas, pineapples, lemons, sour plums, mango, dates, kiwi, blueberries, grapes, apricots;
–Vegetables: chili pepper, daylily, dried vegetables, yam, fungi, mushrooms;
–Chinese herbal medicines: honeysuckle, Tianma, Rhubarb, Ginseng, tea.
Fruit and vegetable products generally have a higher sugar content and should be dried at a lower temperature. During the drying process, the drying temperature, drying air volume, and moisture removal time need to be controlled. adopts low-temperature drying technology, and the drying temperature can be set freely (10-90℃). It adopts a large air volume, high temperature, high humidity circulating fan, and the drying process completely guarantees the original color and shape of the products.

- Using heat pump dehumidification closed circulation drying method, saving operating costs; no waste gas waste heat discharge, no noise pollution, environmental protection;
- Adopting the patented technology of our company to reheat the heat pump dehumidification method, broaden the application of the dehumidifier in the industrial drying field, and the drying performance is more than 30% energy saving than the ordinary heat pump dehumidification drying, which greatly saves operating costs;
- Medium and low-temperature drying method (15-50 °C / 60 °C / 80 °C), close to natural drying, good quality, good color, high product grade, no pollution, significant energy saving, and more environmentally friendly Claim.
- During the drying process, the material does not deform, crack, discolor, no deterioration, no oxidation, thorough drying, good rehydration after drying, less loss of nutrients, long storage period, and more effective protection than any traditional drying equipment. - Microcomputer automatic control mode, stable performance, easy to operate; using programmable control mode, can set different drying curves to meet different types of material drying methods;
- Late drying (deceleration drying) can be combined with traditional steam, electric heating, infrared, microwave drying, shortening the drying cycle and saving the later operating costs;
- Using internationally renowned brand matching, fully guarantee the performance of the entire unit and equipment, Copeland compressor, ACLO expansion valve, etc.;
- Set multiple safety protection functions: phase sequence protection, phase loss protection, overload protection, high voltage protection, low voltage protection, etc.
- The dryer can be designed as a side wind or top wind according to the different needs of customers.
- During drying fruit and vegetable products, it takes about 15-30 hours for drying by batch, every stage drying temperature can be set on PLC to control the temperature precisely.

The dryer is composed of the following parts:
Heat pump dryer: The unit is made of corrosion-resistant, ultra-thick galvanized sheet and has strong corrosion resistance, American Copeland compressor.
Warehouse circulation fan: High temperature and moisture resistant large air volume axial flow fan.
Dryer room: Inner and outer color steel, 10CM polyurethane foamed cold storage board in the middle, thermal insulation board at the bottom, there are stainless steel material tray and trolley.
Dryer door: Inner and outer color steel, middle 10CM polyurethane foamed cold storage board.
Partition board: Inner and outer color steel, 3CM polyurethane foamed cold storage board.
