Choose high-quality, dry, full-grained black sesame seeds as raw materials and weigh them and bake them at 120°C for 5 minutes to kill lipases and reduce the fishy taste and other unpleasant odors of the finished product. Then, put them into the soaking tank to soak and soften the black sesame seeds. Soak in water at about 30°C for about 8 hours. The soaked black sesame seeds can be sent to the cleaning tank to remove impurities and clean, then it can be sent to the colloid mill to make the sesame into paste, the sesame paste will be filtered by 150mesh filters.

Mixing and homogenizing of auxiliary materials and stabilizers, pre-dissolving of powder ingredients, filtering, preheating to 70℃, adding compound stabilizer, homogenizing after stirring evenly (pressure 25Mpa).

Heat the mixed black sesame milk to 60°C, homogenize, and then heat to 95-98°C for pasteurization or 137°C UHT sterilization, according to the subsequent filling process After cooling to the required temperature, it is stored in a heat preservation tank for filling.

Filling and capping of sesame milk

If it is filled into a glass bottle, it needs to be cooled to 85°C and then filled and capped. If it is filled into Tetra Pak, after UHT sterilization, it will be filled after cooling to 30°C.

Sterilization and cooling of sesame milk

This process is for sesame milk hot-filled into glass bottles or PE bottles, sterilized at 121℃ for 20 minutes in an autoclave, then cooled to room temperature, labeled, and then packaged.
