BIB aseptic filling machine is mainly used for aseptic filling of other viscous or non-viscous fluids such as fruit and vegetable juice, jam or fruit and vegetable concentrated products, dairy products. It can also be used for non-sterile filling of liquids and pastes such as red wine, rice wine, fruit juice, jam, edible oil, grain oil, purified water, condiments, milk, etc. It is mainly suitable for the 1-30L large-volume packaging form composed of a flexible inner bag made of a composite film, a sealed faucet, and an outer packaging carton. It can be used as an intermediate transfer for storage and transportation, and can also be made into final packaging. PLC automatic control equipment completes the whole process of sterilization and filling and bag discharge.

Aseptic Bag In Box Filling Machine Introduction 

The BIB aseptic filling machine is a new product developed by our company that integrates Italian technology and is specialized in packaging below 30L bags. The equipment has a high degree of automation and high efficiency. After the bag is spraying sterilization, it only takes 2 seconds for each bag to complete the mechanical action of the filling, and the time from the end of the filling to the bag discharge is only 2 seconds.

This equipment is mainly composed of an aseptic filling system, flowmeter measurement system, roller conveying system, PLC control system, operating platform, etc.

The packaging bag adopts an aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag (1L-30L). Use the steam jet method to sterilize the bag mouth and the filling chamber to ensure that the filling chamber is always in a sterile state. The sterilization, opening, filling and sealing of the aseptic bag mouth are all completed in an aseptic environment.

The whole machine is made of high-quality 304L material, with a reasonable pipeline layout and no dead ends. Both circulating steam and compressed air are discharged out of the aseptic filling workshop through corresponding pipes. All mechanical action wear parts are made of food-grade oil-free lubricating wear-resistant materials from the German IGUS company, with a continuous service life of more than 2 years.

Compared to the aseptic bag in drum(220L) filling machine from bag opening to bag discharge, the whole process is about 18S, and the BIB filling machine only takes 4S to complete the whole process.

Aseptic Bag In Box(BIB) Filling Machine Feature 

  1. All moving parts of the aseptic filling machine are equipped with a vapor barrier to ensure sterility.
  2. Uses steam combined with a H202 to sterilize the sterile chamber and the sterile bag mouth. The sterile chamber maintains a positive pressure through high temperature steam to prevent outside air from entering the sterile chamber, while maintaining a temperature of 90-100°C in the sterile chamber (It can be set according to the process) to ensure its sterility.
  3. The aseptic chamber is equipped with a residual liquid steam purge mechanism. After the filling valve is closed, the residual liquid at the valve port is purged out of the aseptic chamber by steam to avoid contamination of the aseptic room.
  4. The aseptic bag needs to be manually loaded by the operator, and then the equipment automatically sends the aseptic bag installed in the bag delivery mechanism to the filling station for filling. The bag enters the aseptic chamber for pre-sterilization, then cap removing, material filling and capping are completed in the aseptic filling chamber.
  5. The Siemens series is used to control filling, cleaning, sterilization, and other actions, and the PLC monitors and controls the temperature and pressure of key parts to ensure that the system is in a sterile state. At the same time, it controls the mechanical action of the filling machine and cooperates with the flow meter for quantitative filling.
  6. The bag opening, filling and sealing are all carried out in a sterile environment. The bag loading is completed manually, and the equipment automatically completes the actions of opening, filling, sealing and unloading the bag.
  7. Three-stage pre-sterilization is used to complete the actions of pulling out the cap, filling quantitatively, and pressing the cap in the aseptic chamber.
  8. The filling head is equipped with a cap removal confirmation system, which can be filled only after the aseptic cap is confirmed to be removed, so it can avoid product contamination in the aseptic chamber.
  9. With CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization functions, the equipment can be activated in cleaning or sterilization mode, so that it can be cleaned online with other equipment or independently connected to the CIP station for cleaning.
  10. Steam barrier and sterilization by the spraying of cap and feed gate with steam and hydrogen peroxide (optional) before decapping ensures a true aseptic filling.
  11. The pressure sensor working with a pumping system ensures stable overpressure in either sterile guard.
  12. A weight or flow meter system employed improves filling precision and truly achieves the quantitative filling.

The programmed controller adopts Siemens series to control various actions such as filling, cleaning, sterilization, etc., PLC measures the temperature and pressure of key parts to ensure the system is in a sterile state. At the same time control the mechanical action of the filling machine and cooperate with the flow meter for quantitative filling.
  2. The intelligent visual control system, which is completed by touch screen and PLC, and performs visual operation on various actions and parameters to be set.
