Product Application
High-concentration and high-pressure tube in tube sterilizer: suitable for sterilizing and cooling of concentrated tomato paste, apricot jam, carrot puree, Banana puree, mango puree, honey, syrup and other high viscosity products, touch screen operation, automatic control and CIP cleaning system.
Normal Tube in tube sterilizer: It is mainly used for sterilizing and cooling of fruit and vegetable puree, raw juice, concentrated juice and other relatively fluid products, touch screen operation, automatic control and self-cleaning system.
It is suitable for the sterilization of all kinds of fruit and vegetable clear juice, puree, concentrated juice, jam, puree, honey, syrup, popping beads, pulp, diced fruit, etc. (particle size ≤ 10mm, particle content ≤ 70%) granular products.

10. The material processed by tube in tube sterilizer has a high viscosity and a low heat transfer coefficient. When designing the material flow rate, the flow rate of the material should not be too high to avoid excessive pipeline pressure.
